LifeStyles classes are scientifically-backed, led by qualified instructors and showcase chart-topping music and the latest cutting-edge choreography.

Group exercise classes are open to all members, offered at a variety of times and suitable for all fitness levels. There is no charge for classes listed on the group exercise schedules. Approximately 150 classes are offered weekly across the three facilities and subject to change based on interest and class size.

How long are the group classes at LifeStyles?

Most classes are 45-55 minutes in duration unless otherwise noted. For your health and safety, it is important to perform the warm-up at the beginning of each class; therefore, no one will be admitted into class after the first ten minutes. Some class formats are unique to one center.

Do I have to register in advance?

Advance sign-in is not necessary with the exception of specialty (pre-registration required) classes and certain equipment-based classes.

What shoes should I wear?

Most classes require proper athletic footwear. Ask a staff member for details.

Can my child participate?

Children ages 13 to 17 years old may attend group exercise classes under the following conditions:

Pilates Reformer

A Pilates workout helps develop the core muscles of your body. It helps build strength, flexibility, coordination, stability and good posture. Individual, partner and small group Pilates reformer training sessions are available for an additional fee.

Dance Lessons

Ballroom / Line Dance Lesson

Dancing is one of the best ways to exercise and is enjoyable to all! In these classes, we will cover the basic steps that will have you out on the floor and the envy of others. Learn steps of the Foxtrot, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Swing, or some classic line dances. Then put them to use at the next wedding, party, or social gathering! Sessions are 6 weeks and pre-registration is required.

Location: Green

Day: Tuesdays

Ballroom: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Cost: Ballroom Dance: Members: $100 per couple & Non-Members $140 per couple

Line Dance: 7:30pm to 8:30pm
Cost: Members: $50 & Non-Members $70
